Probate regulation
We are authorised to carry out the reserved legal activity of non-contentious probate in England and Wales by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Our authorisation can be verified on the ICAEW’s website at icaew.com/find-a-firm.

Will writing is not a regulated legal activity in England and Wales. However, we adhere to a strict code of professional practice to ensure our clients receive a reliable and professional service.
